Presenter: Fall Professional Development Series at Career Gear a 501(c)(3) charity serving at-risk men who are seeking to acquire and retain meaningful employment.
Presentation (Part Two): The path to starting and sustaining your business: Business planning and analysis
Professional Development at Career Gear is designed to promote the economic independence of low-income men by providing financial literacy training, a network of support, professional attire, career development tools, job-readiness and essential life-skills training that help men enter the workforce, stay employed and become role models and mentors to their families and communities.
A good business plan starts with research into the potential business’s industry, competitors and market. This gives the business owner a complete understanding of the playing field. In this session we will build in the information provided in the first session and cover further aspects of preparing and using a business plan including analysis techniques.
Attendance is restricted to current Career Gear clients
